🕗 From 8am to 11am, start the day in our unique troglodyte cellar at the hotel Le Bussy. Enjoy a gourmet buffet composed of local and artisanal products, in an authentic setting in the heart of Montsoreau.
On the menu: the artisanal jams of Flo Delights, made with the fruits of Puy-Notre-Dame, the tasty honeys of Champigny Bees, the famous goat cheese of Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine… and many other local sweets to discover!

🍽 Half-board, régalez-vous at the restaurant Le Montsorelli, just in front of the hotel.
With its breathtaking view of the Loire and the castle of Montsoreau, it is the perfect spot for a dinner full of flavors.
